ur missing the point, the question i said was how did the dni know, was there an active surveillance on the biden team or the ccp operating in usa, if on biden team then we're back to square one with obama's spying on trump's transition team in 2016-2017(which would be illegal unless they had active warrants against them but if on ccp, then it's legal because it's foreign intelligence operating on usa soil and possible threat to usa interests)

Leaks are not sufficient, they need to prove Biden did it. Besides, as a president, he can choose to give the intel to whoever he wants, by definition.

I see what you guys are saying but they are not spying on the Biden team like how the democrats did with Trump. Unlike them, Trump has a legitimate reason to believe they are compromised and he is not directly spying on them but instead on Hunter and the CCP network. So in order to prove it, they gave false information to the Biden team and found it on the CCP intelligence network.
The CCP intelligence thing hasn’t even been verified yet. It’s still a meme at this point.
