Its true 2 + 2 = 10 in Base 4, but if you convert 10 Base 4 out, the answer is still 4.Its the same as saying 2 + 2 = 7 - 3. It is still 4

Some aerospace companies differ on which type of measurment they use. I think NASA switches between both. NASA also has certain sectors that use a special time. Mars mission people don't use earth time.
