it was actually pretty simple to get my plates updated to my new car when i got it just go in and they update it in the system
my dmv has a thing where you can reserve yourplace in line with an app
so you can go about your day and when it's close to your turn they'll text you
idk if other dmv's have that or not

apparently somebody has no concept of 'absentee voting' among the comment replies
they assume it's voting by mail ..when it really isn't
it still gets taken to a polling location by the person doing the voting
it basically a form to vote ahead of time if ur not going to be in the district u plan to vote it
in most cases..it can be taken to any polling location to send ur absentee thru the proper channels to ur official polling location for ur district to get counted on voting day
