why do i have to break out a civics book to explain things to ppl in the usa, u do know u can get a constitutional lawyer, gather evidence on those corrupt govs, get a legal petition going via the lawyer for recall of the corrupted out of office, so u don't have to wait for the next election cycle to vote them out

u need evidence of constitutional crimes against the ppl to do a recall, must be valid or it won't work

a recall is like an impeachment but it works on all elected officials,...even some appointed ones depending on who appointed them
