This could be a good thing. If Trump really has the Chinese flu, all he has to do is take the vaccine. He can then be the first powerful person in the world to show its effectiveness. If it works, there is nothing stopping him from getting the vaccine world wide and mail in ballots won’t be an issue.

IIRC this makes it applicable with Covid in certain cases and if administered early enough because one of the possible reactions to Covid 19 includes a massive reaction in the lungs in the form of swelling as the immune system tries to fight back. HOCl5 (I think is the chemical formula, based on the name) keeps the immune system from overreacting
