Yeah I couldn't take the guy talking about it seriously. And his debate was Antifa are fascists my ass.

And he was arguing that Fidel Castro wasn't responsible for Che Guevara's death.

And that it was the CIA that did it.

But really, all that I see on video proves his narrative way more wrong than correct.

He didn't say to "stand down", he said to "stand back and stand by". That may seem like symantics to you, but I hear it completely different. One is a directive to cease and desist, the other is a bid to await further word. He also clearly stated that he didn't know who "Proud Boys" are/were. I suspect this is not true, their name has been in the news too much for him not to, but I believe it best to play ignorant of them at that time. One of the ironies of the idea that Proud Boys are "white supremacists" is that it is run by a guy who is a PoC. He's an American with a proud African heritage.
