True

2020-11-15 15:03:20 UTC

Yea i know aren't they like 1300 dollars?

2020-11-15 15:03:21 UTC

Only problem with the 30L is it runs a bit hot

2020-11-15 15:04:41 UTC

Yeah jumping to an RTX 2060 is less than a 30% performance gain

2020-11-15 15:06:04 UTC

I installed that fan I posted here yesterday and it doesn’t change the temps under load but it runs cooler on idle/just browsing the web/streaming

2020-11-15 15:06:17 UTC

Maybe by 1-2 degrees

2020-11-15 15:08:21 UTC

Mine runs cool. Playing Arma 3, a very cpu intensive game, my i5 only gets up too 130-40 degrees

2020-11-15 15:11:20 UTC

I keep mine on Celsius because it easier to find temp listings in Celsius but my cpu does up to 78 degrees Celsius under load and my GPU like 75 Celsius under extremely heavy load

2020-11-15 15:11:44 UTC

Actually GPU has peaked at 76 before

2020-11-15 15:14:00 UTC

I told my brother that if he wants a pc to buy the one I was buying but be told me I was wasting my money. Then two weeks later after black friday sale he wanted one and ended up getting a hp pavilion for like 500 dollars even though I told him not to get and just spend the extra 200 or 300 dollars to get a ibuypower of cyberpower and now he always complains that it doesn't work

2020-11-15 15:14:25 UTC

Don’t buy an I iBuypower

2020-11-15 15:14:53 UTC

Which pavilions ain't bad computers they just mislead you buy putting gaming pc in the name even though they really ain't

2020-11-15 15:15:03 UTC

Yeah

2020-11-15 15:15:28 UTC

Are ibuypowers bad? My cousin has one he as some trouble with his

2020-11-15 15:16:40 UTC

Yeah, they are known to die or have problems after about a year, tend to have poor craftsmanship, I’ve heard they don’t honor warranties and product insurance either

2020-11-15 15:18:52 UTC

I heard that about cyberpowers also but I have been having it for about 2 years now and never had a bit of trouble with it besides me forgetting to turn on the power supply

2020-11-15 15:19:25 UTC

You have to turn on the power supply separately?

2020-11-15 15:19:48 UTC

Yea

2020-11-15 15:20:02 UTC

That’s wack

2020-11-15 15:20:05 UTC

I have a EVGA I believe

2020-11-15 15:20:14 UTC

And a EVGA graphics card lol

2020-11-15 15:20:44 UTC

Mine is HP GPU, PS, Omen motherboard etc lol

2020-11-15 15:21:10 UTC

All HP

2020-11-15 15:22:10 UTC

Oh wait no power supply is a 500W 80 plus bronze cooler master

2020-11-15 15:23:56 UTC

I have a masterbox case, EVGA power supply and card, teamgroup RAM, seagate hdd, parrot ssd,

2020-11-15 15:25:14 UTC

I think the motherboard is either a EVGA or msi but it has a cyber power skin

2020-11-15 15:25:33 UTC

It has the brand on it but I forgot what it says

2020-11-15 15:26:27 UTC

No clue what the case is, but I have an HP GPU, motherboard, cooler master power supply, cooler master fans rebranded with OMEN, Hyper X Fury RGB DDR4 3200 MHz, western digital SSD, not sure who made the hdd

2020-11-15 15:27:09 UTC

Wait in lie

2020-11-15 15:27:20 UTC

?

2020-11-15 15:27:22 UTC

Its an ASRock just remembered

2020-11-15 15:27:30 UTC

What is

2020-11-15 15:27:32 UTC

That's the motherboard

2020-11-15 15:28:07 UTC

Idk if HP actually designed the motherboard or rebranded it

2020-11-15 15:28:54 UTC

Here is a picture inside my rig. Fan cables at the top are a mess I’m going to fix up when I have enough free time

2020-11-15 15:29:20 UTC

I still find it interesting that the board only has two RAM slots though

2020-11-15 15:31:23 UTC

I think it's worth spending the extra money on pcs, even though you get the same specs, because they the more you spend the better builder you have putting it together so it's less likely to fail . Like I would never but an iphone because of how expensive they are and even if you buy a cheaper phone lksm the samsung I have robots rarely mess up lien humans do.

2020-11-15 15:32:09 UTC

Sorry for the bad typing I'm on my phone. I'm relying on gboard auto correct.

2020-11-15 15:32:18 UTC

All good

2020-11-15 15:33:09 UTC

I’m wondering about getting a better CPU cooler, because really that is the only thing I have concerns with temperature wise
