I have the 1660 TI, i5 9400f 9th gen, and 16 gigs of RAM. So mine is a bit better than yours but once you get that RAM they will be about the same except for the tiny extra bit of graphics power since I have the TI.
Mine probably won't be as good on fps as the series x or ps5 in a few years but that doesn't matter because I cap all my games at 60 FPS since I only have a 60 hertz monitor
There's no point in putting the extra work on your pc if it makes no difference
There's no way this is right
I was looking to see what card to upgrade too in the future but there's no what the 1660 TI is better than the 2080 TI and it costs 4 times less
@SmokyCopCar do you have a cyber power?
Because that's the exact storage mine came with. I think they discontinued my model because on amazon it had the option to upgrade from the regular 1660 to the TI when I bought it but it ain't showing anymore
I got mine for cheap on black friday. It was a thousand dollars but I got it for 730 on sale.
Then I only ended up paying 680 because my mom's friend gave me a 50 dollar amazon gift card for my birthday.

@KungFlu BatSoup sane I also only have a 60hz but am upgrading next year
> @SmokyCopCar do you have a cyber power?
@KungFlu BatSoup HP Omen 30L
Oh damn you have a nice brand
I would like to upgrade to maybe a 2060 because that’s a really good combo with the Ryzen 5 3600 but that’s nothing I’m worried about upgrading right now
> Oh damn you have a nice brand
@KungFlu BatSoup comes with a hefty price tag though
2060 ain't really much of an upgrade from the 1660 supee
True
Yea i know aren't they like 1300 dollars?
Only problem with the 30L is it runs a bit hot
Yeah jumping to an RTX 2060 is less than a 30% performance gain
I installed that fan I posted here yesterday and it doesn’t change the temps under load but it runs cooler on idle/just browsing the web/streaming
Maybe by 1-2 degrees
Mine runs cool. Playing Arma 3, a very cpu intensive game, my i5 only gets up too 130-40 degrees
I keep mine on Celsius because it easier to find temp listings in Celsius but my cpu does up to 78 degrees Celsius under load and my GPU like 75 Celsius under extremely heavy load
Actually GPU has peaked at 76 before
I told my brother that if he wants a pc to buy the one I was buying but be told me I was wasting my money. Then two weeks later after black friday sale he wanted one and ended up getting a hp pavilion for like 500 dollars even though I told him not to get and just spend the extra 200 or 300 dollars to get a ibuypower of cyberpower and now he always complains that it doesn't work
Don’t buy an I iBuypower
Which pavilions ain't bad computers they just mislead you buy putting gaming pc in the name even though they really ain't
Yeah
Are ibuypowers bad? My cousin has one he as some trouble with his
Yeah, they are known to die or have problems after about a year, tend to have poor craftsmanship, I’ve heard they don’t honor warranties and product insurance either

This is the rig I was going to get originally but went with something well known and more reputable
I heard that about cyberpowers also but I have been having it for about 2 years now and never had a bit of trouble with it besides me forgetting to turn on the power supply
You have to turn on the power supply separately?
Yea
That’s wack
I have a EVGA I believe
And a EVGA graphics card lol
Mine is HP GPU, PS, Omen motherboard etc lol
All HP
Oh wait no power supply is a 500W 80 plus bronze cooler master
