and then i got a 100-150w laptop + an old pc drawing 500w, so VERY warm room
And connecting them to the insanity called my speaker system
nice!
8 track
I know a place that sells a lot of 8 track cassettes
I'm too young for 8 tracks
Goodwill?
Are they making a come back like vinyls?
I don't know? All I know was that the local Goodwill store used to have a good few 8-tracks but I never got any because I didn't have the player. I found the player at a Savers Super Thrift and I was pretty excited to play those funny cassettes, but when I went back to Goodwill they didn't have any...
I looked and looked but all I came home with was a DuleShock2...
I think 8 tracks are dumb xD
Vinyl sounds so much better
Even though it's bigger
And CDs are more reliable
This weird plastic piece appeared out of nowhere. Is this supposed to belong in my laptop?
It has like, grey velvet.
Looks like it chipped off of something
Look around your laptop, especially the side and bottom and see if there is any weird spot where it looks like something snapped off
I honestly don’t know anything that shape
I have vinyls too. Excellent sound quality out of them and the more you listen to it the better it gets.
Nevermind, it was from our vacuum cleaner.

Heh.
Time to burn 11 discs at once
Literally?
Or figuratively?
Well 3 discs at a Time
Wish I had something that could do that haha
Would come in useful every once in a while
I have two blu-ray drives that can read quad layer disks (like 4k bluerays), one normal blu-ray drive, and one dvd drive. Come in handy if someone hypothetically wanted to rip lots of movies or TV shows one may own on disk.
Does anyone know any parental blockers for PC, I would like to keep myself pure online, and stuff like that helps. Does windows have a built in parental control like Mac does?
I just finished a gaming pc and it’s my first PC ever
You could look into setting the DNS on your router to one that blocks mature content
I have friends who recommend Covenant Eyes
It also apparently covers PC, Mac, phones, and smart TVs (depends on your model obviously) so I've been told. I use Linux solely for my PCs so I can't use it otherwise I've considered it.
Is it a more advanced "Safe Search" in essence?
My understanding it's more an accountability service.
The problem with traditional Network based parental control is that everything is encrypted now days. DNS and network based parental controls are useless in the modern day, you need something local to be able to monitor after the data is decrypted by your system.
