They were a gift but my mom had to order them online and pick them up

Good reviews on that headset. Since I couldn't find it I ended up picking up Astro a50 pretty meh for the money

No other way to get them apparently

I'm thinking of returning them and just ordering t the arctis

They are nice and have good audio

The game/chat knob is nice to prioritize what you want to hear
