Ehhh, I dunno. I have a 5500XT and it's only good for 1080p 30fps. Something like an RTX 2060 on discount would be my current reccommendation. I am still waiting for the non RTX cards to arrive from AyyMD and NoVideo

My older bro for example, runs 1080p 60fps almost maxxed out with a *1060 6gb* so I'd watch Nvidia cards
