It really is terrifying to watch non computer savvy people use the internet though. It makes me realize why paid antivirus is still a necessity and why scammers are so successful. All these common sense safe things you don't click on or do is not apparent to everyone. And while I dislike av when I see people like my mother in law use the computer I have no choice but to recommend them get an antivirus

How long does it take to reboot your pc? I got a cheapo (24$ ebay) Kingston A400 240GB SSD and it cold boots windows after a linux shutdown in 15 seconds, tops

Although i will be upgrading it to a Sun F40 Flash Accelerator Card, and just use a sandisk u110 for boot, and the F40 for storage, and i'll give the kingston to my brother

Flip it. Might have to remove the front case cover to get to the screws holding it in. The fan cable should not be in the way too

Should be able to just unscrew them and flip them around if you need to. You will more than likely have remove your front panel but idk your case
