It's good, never saw it in a theatre, but worth seeing.

Answer: Probably, but it has a hundred tiny, needle-sharp teeth.

2020-11-06 00:39:51 UTC

I ended up not going just because it looks like it exists solely for the entertainment of watching kids get killed and I have a lot of stuff to do.

2020-11-06 00:40:26 UTC

That being said, I *did* watch Dr. Pimple Popper and it's way better than it has any business being

2020-11-06 01:31:28 UTC

Almost went to go see V for Vendetta but learned that it's essentially just wishful anarchist thinking and was like "nah."

2020-11-06 03:18:00 UTC

V was a good movie. At the time, it wasn't anything like current events.

2020-11-06 04:14:30 UTC

It seems like it was really well done but I was mostly offput by the fact that it was a blatant attack on Christianity. Most us don't forbid things like the Quran

2020-11-06 04:16:30 UTC

I get fundamentalism but it seems extreme

2020-11-06 04:16:33 UTC

I saw it less as an attack on Christianity and more an attack on totalitarian government control.

2020-11-06 04:16:40 UTC

That I can get behind

2020-11-06 04:17:47 UTC

The government in the movie was midway between today and full-on 1984, leaning heavily towards the latter.

2020-11-06 04:59:30 UTC

I am watching Star Trek Voyager and came to a realization.

2020-11-06 05:00:02 UTC

Us conservatives are the Vulcans and the liberals are every other race.

2020-11-06 05:00:44 UTC

We use Logic and thought everyone else is ruled by their emotions

2020-11-06 05:08:33 UTC

But then the far left is the Borg

2020-11-06 05:16:21 UTC

Interesting take. Works well.

2020-11-06 08:04:08 UTC

Did anybody enjoy the show ***Justified***? It's based on ***Elmore Leonards*** stories on Raylan Givens...like "fire in the hole

2020-11-06 17:29:57 UTC

Justified was good for 2 seasons. I preferred Longmire myself

2020-11-06 20:01:35 UTC

Tintin, and Bone by Hergé and Jeff Smith Respectively. Masterpieces.

2020-11-06 20:24:53 UTC

Yesterday was November the 5th. As such I decided to watch V for Vendetta again and it was strange...
If you replace all the outdated conservative hyperbole with new age progressive rhetoric,
The movie is extremely relevant to today.
The pandemic, Fake news, violent authoritarians and the Orwellian future we're spiraling towards.

2020-11-06 20:46:23 UTC

Yeah I find it hilarious that Alan Moore thinks that it is conservatives that are totalitarians when we have seen so much of the opposite in history.

2020-11-06 20:51:19 UTC

Look at Gavin Newsom in California

2020-11-06 21:14:37 UTC

Longmire was good, Justified was carried by the cast after Elmores death in 2013

2020-11-07 01:55:20 UTC

I like a well written cop drama. Theres not many out there. I had high hopes for Justified, but it got stupid quick

2020-11-07 03:16:29 UTC

Saw Mission Impossible a (second? Third? Fourth??) time and I still don't get it

2020-11-07 03:24:01 UTC

Just finished watching Pitch Black with my family. It's a really good sci-fi/horror movie made in 2000

2020-11-07 03:26:05 UTC

Yep. The sequel was meh, though.

2020-11-07 03:38:23 UTC

There's a squeal? I don't see an need for a squeal

2020-11-07 04:07:40 UTC

there rarely is a need

2020-11-07 04:18:28 UTC

I just finished watching 6 Underground. And I'm watching Chappie now.

2020-11-07 14:25:31 UTC

Chappie was surprisingly good imo.

2020-11-07 16:04:44 UTC

I'm not entirely certain that Die Antwoord knew it was a movie, though. LOL

2020-11-07 21:41:08 UTC

If you have it the first and second saints and soldiers are included with prime video right now @HUNTER4639

2020-11-07 21:44:22 UTC

Oh awesome! My mom does. I'll definitely check it out

2020-11-07 21:44:24 UTC

Thanks!

2020-11-08 02:01:38 UTC

I just got through watching Dragnet 1987 and now I am watching Brewster's Millions

2020-11-08 02:28:21 UTC

I'm watching V for Vendetta right now. It's pretty good.

2020-11-08 05:04:05 UTC

Turns out the Matrix trilogy was a trans allegory

2020-11-08 05:04:32 UTC

It wasn't; they retconned it into being one.
