I foresee a war happening, against my hopes, sometime within the next two decades, between the US and China, with their respective allies.

The West vs. The East, as it has been for centuries.

During the Cold War, Russia at least had the decency to not be one of the asses that tried to end the world, China on the other hand, I'm fairly sure has no such qualms

nuclear war is just a facade, no country wants to do it. China is in dire need of resources and a workforce to aquire them, cant get those resources and slaves if you nuke the whole world
