Got one with the old M1 Garand today. 155yds open sight.

How large is that deer, looks small for the white tail I'm used to seeing around here but pictures can be deceptive.

Ehh medium sized. Light was fading fast and I just had the best shot in that one. Sun hit it just right so it was a lot clearer and brighter than the rest.

Still a half decent deer.

Venison is delicious, regardless of the size of the deer.
