I totally support both open and concealed, but would you agree that concealed has a potentially greater influence on reducing crime? Open does of course, but with concealed carry the cowardly criminal won’t know who is the greatest threat. This only applies I guess if each person is not open carrying.

1)Governor gets the state institutions to agree to lie about how many guns are sold and how many conceal carry permits are issued.
2)Have a plant start a "grassroots" movement to get people to apply for as many open carry permits as possible.
3) Get those same institutions from step 1 to lie about how many open carry permits are distributed.
4)???
