My pride and joy 😋

2020-09-11 05:53:49 UTC

I have a ruger 10/22

2020-09-11 05:53:55 UTC

Fun little plinker

2020-09-11 05:54:06 UTC

Got a competition barrel for it

2020-09-11 06:01:29 UTC

Nice

2020-09-11 13:24:15 UTC

@ThatShadyVandal so I just gotta use US parts? Isn’t it just saying I can use more than 4 imported parts on my rifle?

2020-09-11 13:27:39 UTC

This law is so stupid. It even includes magazines ?!?

2020-09-11 14:25:39 UTC

Why do you ask?

2020-09-11 14:26:45 UTC

You are aware what the TOS age is for Discord...

2020-09-11 14:39:03 UTC

Did someone delete their message? @Froski

2020-09-11 14:39:37 UTC

Well, he left, and was clearly too young to be on Discord based on his question.

2020-09-11 14:39:55 UTC

What was his question? 😅

2020-09-11 14:40:18 UTC

"What is the best gun for a 12-13 year old?"

2020-09-11 14:40:29 UTC

Lool

2020-09-11 14:40:46 UTC

So he was probably 12 turning 13 xD

2020-09-11 14:40:51 UTC

Yep. So the hammer was dropped after he left.

2020-09-11 14:40:52 UTC

Rip

2020-09-11 14:40:59 UTC

Cool cool

2020-09-11 14:45:05 UTC

Is 10/22 one of the best for range plinking?

2020-09-11 14:45:16 UTC

Price wise at least

2020-09-11 14:46:37 UTC

For sure

2020-09-11 14:46:51 UTC

Mostly use 9mm but 22 is so cheap

2020-09-11 14:47:29 UTC

There are some other good .22s plinkers out there but I really like the 10/22 and how it's standard mag is flat with the rifle

2020-09-11 14:48:35 UTC

personally, I use a 127mm naval cannon for plinking targets

2020-09-11 14:49:14 UTC

<:thinking:726878987837636698>

2020-09-11 16:16:42 UTC

i also like the SW 15-22

2020-09-11 16:55:16 UTC

your thoughts on WA2000?

Imagine living in a democratic state :/

Do nerf guns count

2020-09-12 13:41:33 UTC

Yes

2020-09-12 13:43:54 UTC

When you bring a drum mag to the nerf war and the feds show up

2020-09-12 13:48:58 UTC

Ugh, I live in one of those states, need to go buy up mags before they make it illegal

2020-09-12 15:07:07 UTC

Mags are available. Make sure each weapon has at least 7 mags. Thats 210 rounds for an AR and 56 rounds for a 1911. Back in the day you could get away with 1 or 2 mags as the biggest threat was a single meth head or maybe him and a fiending buddy. Today you stand the real threat of your car surrounded by dozens of angry people intent on causing you and your family bodily injury and death. Kyle is a perfect example as to why you need a 30 round AR mag. If he didnt run as far as he did, he would have needed several 30 rounders.

2020-09-12 15:10:18 UTC

Now mags may be available but Ammo isnt. In this kind of situation I would recommend you keep 500 rounds for "purposes". Any extra beyond that should be spent in getting good. Tight shot groups and fast transition. Take a breath and use good trigger squeeze.

2020-09-12 15:28:26 UTC

We need more places around here with open membership enrollment, all the outdoor ranges only take members every so often, and I've never had the need to go shooting as often as I do now, friends with property is great but i hate using someone's land like that..

Anyone know a good first-time long gun, mainly for self-defense, I’d prefer to stay under 500
