Depends on the drug. What normally drops a threat is the shock of "OH, THERE'S A FEW NEW HOLES IN MY BODY" but if they're on certain drugs they feel nothing and they are practically zombies and at that point the only way to take them out is a headshot or vital organ shot which kills them.

That's why .45 is so great because since it's a bigger bullet there's a higher chance of hitting a vital organ. Not just that since it causes a bigger hole they'll bleed out faster too. **(This message was bought and payed for by the .45 fan club)**
