For shit ammo

2020-10-26 18:07:59 UTC

Glock jammed like 3 times in 20 mins

2020-10-26 18:08:22 UTC

Idk if its the glock but im pretty sure its the ammo

2020-10-26 18:08:31 UTC

what kind of ammo?

2020-10-26 18:08:49 UTC

Yeah. Range ammo kinda sucks. Instead my dad and his friend reload their own ammo.

2020-10-26 18:08:53 UTC

Costs a lot less

2020-10-26 18:09:03 UTC

9mm fmj

2020-10-26 18:09:33 UTC

huh, interesting that fmj is jamming up. what kind of malfunction? stove pipe?

2020-10-26 18:09:48 UTC

No the casing gets stuck

2020-10-26 18:09:53 UTC

Hmm

2020-10-26 18:10:23 UTC

I don't know much about guns

2020-10-26 18:10:44 UTC

wee, wheel lock go vvvvvrrrrrr

2020-10-26 18:10:49 UTC

so if it is a FTE (failure to extract) it could be that the ammo us somewhat underpowered and the slide isnt being racked hard enough.

2020-10-26 18:10:50 UTC

But ik it was fmj

2020-10-26 18:10:50 UTC

thats about all I know

2020-10-26 18:10:59 UTC

i am just guessing tho

2020-10-26 18:11:23 UTC

Hmm that seems like it was it

2020-10-26 18:11:52 UTC

> Has anyone won one of those? Just curious cuz I don’t want a million companies texting me or emailing me for no reason lol
@Odb I only get the emails and youtube vids from classic firearms but other than their sales pitch on stuff I actually like the videos but you don't need to stay subbed to the YT channels to win

2020-10-26 18:13:10 UTC

Aight imma go now i got 2% battery

2020-10-26 18:13:23 UTC

ye Gaberino, its fairly common with low quality ammo. whenever you get the chance, I highly recommend investing in a variety of premium ammo and seeing what works best in your gun.

2020-10-26 18:13:24 UTC

See yall

2020-10-26 18:13:26 UTC

aight cya

2020-10-26 18:13:42 UTC

I'll nake sure i get some of the good stuff next time

2020-10-26 18:13:53 UTC

Take care y'all

2020-10-26 18:13:56 UTC

u2

2020-10-26 18:14:47 UTC

So i'm looking to build an AR-15 (chambered in 556), anybody have suggestions on parts and whatnot?

2020-10-26 18:15:21 UTC

Anyone ever buy timney triggers?

2020-10-26 18:17:04 UTC

Just got a drop in timney impact and it didnt come with the pins like most drop in triggers, curious if I'm supposed to use the original pins, and if so what am I supposed to do with the tiny short screws they provided

2020-10-26 18:18:49 UTC

@Brendan C. how much you want to spend

2020-10-26 18:19:42 UTC

Right now my budget is only like $450-$600 (I'm 16 and a guy in my neighborhood is offering to help out)

2020-10-26 18:20:29 UTC

But my parents are ok with it so it's all good

2020-10-26 18:20:37 UTC

Is it legal in your state to behave an AR15 at 16?

2020-10-26 18:20:41 UTC

Yeah

2020-10-26 18:20:51 UTC

As long as you have parental consent

2020-10-26 18:21:18 UTC

You can own almost anything after age 12 if you have parental consent, besides handguns.

2020-10-26 18:21:28 UTC

I think it's age 12 anyway. Might be lower.

2020-10-26 18:22:45 UTC

ok, just saying, I've always loved a good revolver

2020-10-26 18:22:54 UTC

Lol not being mean here at all, but this seems like a Dad question.. I will say Palmetto State is a solid bet to check out.

2020-10-26 18:23:06 UTC

Haha, fair enough.

2020-10-26 18:33:08 UTC

I technically owned my first gun at 1 along with lifetime hunting and fishing license. My grandfather bought the shotgun and then private transferred it to me. May have been setup at a young age to be a gun lover.

2020-10-26 18:34:39 UTC

He had to wait till my first birthday even though he wanted to do it sooner because how long it took the government to finish giving me a social security number and thus make me an eligible US citizen.
