Odb has a good list but right now glocks are going full price, so I would stay away unless it's at 500, it you save up go for a CZ series of pistols mainly the P01.....a few other pistols that could work in your price range is Walther PPQ

Sig 320
Ruger SR or American pistols

I can attest to that claim, there good pistol, a few MP that I know carry one and I've own one before I let my gal have it

If you're willing try out the PPQ M2 trigger it's very good
