A four gun rife safe is going to have to be decently large to hold all that and if you want it made out of steel for protection it's not going to be overly light. That's also going to likely mean it's also not cheap thou what you mean by affordable I'm not sure.
about 200$ give or take
I got some cash saved up, so I am not too picky when it comes to storing my stuff properly
ok
Most of the long gun safes are about $300 or more. Most of the cost just comes down to the price of steel. I see on Amazon a few for $200-250 but I'd research them we'll because they likely cut corners somewhere to hit that price. One of the best pistol safes on the market is made by Fort Knox and for a pistol safe cost $250.
Noone likes me chest rig sadd
Maybe a Heavy Hardcase for storage
I did 👍
Simple but effective
so like a plano with a pad lock?
Also, I'm sure you have already checked but know you state laws with guns and college campuses. Some states like Texas and Arkansas let you have a gun on campus if you have a concealed carry permit and others like Tennessee have Castle doctrine laws that cover your car so they can be on a campus as long as they remain in your private vehicle.
Correct on the Arkansas bit
I'm from Tennessee so I know Tennessees gun laws and I have a brother going to college in Texas so I know theirs also.
Every state should have Castle doctrine laws but unfortunately they do not.
My gals in UofA, so I checked the laws here...its been years since I've been to a trade school or college
I agree on that
I almost went to college at University of Arkansas for undergrad but didn't get offered enough scholarship money for it to be worth it when I could go in state in Tennessee and have most of my undergrad payed for.
I am looking at a school in MO with the castle doctrine that applies to vehicles, so that's good
Still double check the castle doctrine laws. While Tennessee has a really broad castle doctrine that protects you anywhere your vehicle is legally allowed to be, that doesn't necessarily mean all castle doctrine laws are the same.
Make sure you know the laws well, even if you have the legal rights to have the gun in your car on campus, you can still get in trouble from people who do not know that. You only have to look at the news to see cases where people were legally allowed to use their 2A rights have problems because normal people don't know the laws
Just got my gun license today.
I hate your pfp
And your gun licence
pfp?
profile picture.
don't worry about it too much, I am pretty sure he is just trolling u <:troll_face:726878856585281557>
Oh, well just to be clear the pfp is not me, I don't vape.
All I did was typed my name in google and that picture showed up.
oh lol
i was going to say, u look rather young to have a firearms license
Anyone know if I can have a firearm in the Corps Of Cadets at A&M. I know they have it where people living on campus can but I was wondering if the Corps Billeting has different rules.
nah man, idk. I can look it up tho
I tried but couldn’t really find anything
That’s how I figured out that normal students can
"Concealed handgun license holders must follow all state and federal laws concerning owning and possessing a handgun on campus. Any resident who is licensed to carry a concealed handgun and chooses to bring the handgun into their room/apartment must store his or her handgun and ammunition in an electronic locking steel safe that has been rented or purchased from the Department of Residence Life. For information regarding safe rentals/purchases, visit http://reslife.tamu.edu/living/amenities/add-ons/."
so maybe you can have guns on parts of campus
but my guess is that you should probably not
@Krool99 I googled my name just to see what would pop up. I got a criminal case of some sort and a Jamaican musician. xD
Lol
Have y’all done the Florida man challenge
