ill say, as much crap as the NRA has been pulling lately, they still have one of the best ranges here in NOVA :/
They have some pretty nice gun shows too.
mhm
I want to go to KalashBash in Texas one day
I want to go to that and the big sandy shoot
indeed
What are people's thoughts on NRA alternatives like GOA and SAF?
GOA is pretty good, i haven't seen SAF yet
I know more about the GOA and have a favorable view of them but they seem fairly small. When doing some research it seems SAF has been on many of the larger NRA litigations and suits but don't know much about them.
>where do you find these gun images i must know
@TheChicken789
World Of Guns: Gun Disassembly. It's an app.
Thanks

I'm a member of GOA and NAGR, both are relatively small but actually fight gun laws instead of helping to write them like the NRA. But alas I became a lifetime member of the NRA a long time ago, before I realized such. I was an NRA youth instructor back in the day, my little brother is still an NRA instructor.

do supressors count towards barrel length?
That may depend on where you live
I wouldn’t think so
There's overall length and then a permanent exenstion
“The ATF procedure for measuring barrel length is to measure from the closed bolt (or breech-face) to the furthermost end of the barrel or permanently attached muzzle device. Permanent methods of attachment include full-fusion gas or electric steel-seam welding, high-temperature (1100°F) silver soldering, or blind pinning with the pin head welded over. Barrels are measured by inserting a dowel rod into the barrel until the rod stops against the bolt or breech-face. The rod is then marked at the furthermost end of the barrel or permanently attached muzzle device, withdrawn from the barrel, and measured.”
Silencers are not counted as barrel lenth unless their pinned+welded but seriously dont do that
Yep, as I read further in the link above it states that in a letter from the ATF.

Although I'm not who you were asking I figured it couldn't hurt to offer a few suggestions.
