I wish my dad had bought an m1911 but he couldn't find a store that was selling them at a good price
I don’t know much about rounds so that’s why I wanted someone like you to input
A 6.5 would be good for like 800+
what hardware store is selling .308? :O
Everyone around me
I’m definitely getting a few 12 gauges
12 is the most versatile round change my mind
He got some 40 caliber glock, don't remember what exact model it is
I can get a 50 gallon bucket of pellets and I’m set
12 is definitely the most versatile round
You can shoot rabbits or black bear
Lol fr 😂
And everythingin between
12's versatility comes at the price of size and weight, so while its versatile, I think its far from superior.
Sawed off
i mean the ammo is bulky and heavy
Oh yeah
sorry should have specified.
You’re good lol
But you can also carry shells with only powder and then cram random stuff you find and fire that
I literally put my little brothers plastic car in a shell and it fired
true, but that sounds kinda dumb imo. I would probably only carry loaded shells
You can turn #8 shot into a cut shell as well
Yeah
tru cut shells are dope
I may have watched a few IV8888 in my time
dude, fr. I want a good air rifle for this exact reason.
plus that stuff is dirt cheap
I pour a lot of lead so I make my own custom slugs, some of em are mean penetrators
is it cheaper to cast ur own lead if you load your own ammo?
or no?
I pour lead for fishing weights, i just pour slugs for a side hobby
ahh gotcha. lead weights are sold at a ridiculous price.
In the long run you would eventually save money if you casted your own rounds
I’ve wanted to get into forging, because no matter what, you’ll either run out or be separated from your ammo at some point
Then I could forge my own knives and stuff
Not so much for practical use but for fun
It sounds kinda stupid but I think it’s be cool
My bro used to make daggers out of flint when we were younger. they didn't cut well, but they could kill. :/
Dang
