Tennessee already has a couple counties declared as second Amendment sanctuaries with agreement of the sheriff's that they will not enforce unconstitutional gun laws and most other counties in the state have at least some progress towards second Amendment sanctuary status.

I know class 3 is the general term and there is an official term but people know it as class 3.

Basically you need to become a licensed FFL dealer from what I understand and it has the perks of not needing all the stamps.
