Depends how fast you can pull the trigger 😂😂

2020-11-25 06:24:10 UTC

It would just ruin the meat anyway.... hahaha

2020-11-25 06:27:26 UTC

Yeah, inside 150 yards you can kill a deer with a .223

2020-11-25 06:28:00 UTC

It wouldn't be my first choice but its perfectly fine for the task

2020-11-25 06:28:42 UTC

I know a guy who killed a deer with a Benjiman 392 .22 air riffle. Shot it in the eye.

L to R: .338 LM, .308 win, 6.5 CM. The 338LM compared to .308 is about the difference between .308 and .223. Why? Because we can! Still wish I had a 50 BMG...

Dannnngggg!!!

2020-11-25 06:59:44 UTC

Anyone making their own jacketed bullets? I've seen a place that has a kit to use spent .22LR casings to form a .224 bullet ~55gr; but that's about the only resource I've seen for doing that.

2020-11-25 07:01:13 UTC

Pricy though...

2020-11-25 08:28:03 UTC

HOLY HELL

2020-11-25 14:00:56 UTC

Can we post shoot outs in here? No blood from what I can see

2020-11-25 14:01:51 UTC

Let's not...PG13 and the shoot outs also tend to be somewhat violent 🙂

2020-11-25 14:02:40 UTC

That is fair

2020-11-25 15:04:03 UTC

So, I have a Remington 597 22LR. It came without a scope and I'm looking to get a cheap scope. Any good, but cheap suggestions?

2020-11-25 16:47:44 UTC

night force i think? Bushnell for sure.

2020-11-25 16:48:39 UTC

I have some bushbell binocs (20x I think) and while they don't have the most pristine glass, they work well.

2020-11-25 17:17:02 UTC

i'm about to turn 21 and i'm saving up to move into my own place
i've been mugged and beaten unconcious before and i'm not a very big or physically strong dude
i live in NOVA so i'm not exactly in a gun friendly area but i still wanna buy a firearm for self defense
anyone got good suggestions? keep in mind i've never used a real gun and i don't know that much about ammo or guns

2020-11-25 17:17:23 UTC

i wanna learn more though so i can properly exercise my 2A right and defend myself if need be

2020-11-25 17:25:54 UTC

2020-11-25 17:27:27 UTC

2020-11-25 17:27:39 UTC

if there are which one should i get?

2020-11-25 17:38:56 UTC

Yes there alot of glocks depends on what u want

2020-11-25 17:51:16 UTC

Any of you guys get that kel-tec pmr 30? Cause me and my dad tried to get one but couldn’t get one in time.

2020-11-25 17:53:54 UTC

All glocks are the same mechanicly, they have full size, compact, and sub-compact. All 3 in eithor double or single stack options with hybrids of full slides on compact frames and vice versa @Innocentsmith S.C.A

2020-11-25 18:31:42 UTC

2020-11-25 19:22:30 UTC

uhh you kinda lost me when you talked about "double stacks" and "single stacks" and hybrids and all that other stuff

2020-11-25 19:22:45 UTC

in other words i don't quite understand what you're talking about

2020-11-25 19:44:57 UTC

This is the difference between double and single stack.

2020-11-25 19:45:25 UTC

Most people tend to go with either a double stack Glock like a 26, 19, or a single stack Glock like the 43,43x,or 48.
I personally like the Glock 19 because it is one of the more common Glocks and is more comfortable to shoot then the 26. But I also have never shot a single stack Glock because I prefer a 1911 when it comes to single stacks.

2020-11-25 19:53:53 UTC

I honestly dont like glocks at all

2020-11-25 19:56:39 UTC

For a fighting gun I go with a Glock they're tough as nails and hold a lot of ammo now for recreation and fun nothing beats a 1911.

2020-11-25 20:27:36 UTC

Im also in nova bro. I can't wait to get out of this God-forsaken place xD

2020-11-25 20:28:10 UTC

beautiful part of the country, but jeez its not a gun-friendly place.

2020-11-25 20:34:06 UTC

Not familiar with guns but can the double stack get jammed compared to single stack?
