I thought about it
Soils to hard in most places
Also lots of clay
isnt hard soil and clay a good thing though, or does it just make construction a hassle
Hassle
ah i see
Yeah, digging in Clay is a pain.
It's by a river so I got to worry about flooding
Which does happen
oof
With the clay preventing water absorption and the flooding, it worry about a metal bunker rusting over time.
All my shelving, storage bins are on high tables that are concrete into the ground
kek
While a biased video I can agree to an extent, the point of the second amendment is to protect ourselves from threats, foreign and domestic because this is mine and not yours.
However even thou I rent because I'm in college, I pay for this 550 square foot area and will defend it as my property.
it serves its purpose as a mini source for my research paper
I already have Castle doctrine and stand your ground but hopefully that protection will be extended by the proposed laws in my state to allow you to defend your property from threats.
why I love AZ gun laws ❤️
or, to be specific, i wish i was born around that time
@ThiccSpicyGenderRevealParty they still can in certain states
ooh
Tennessee has proposed laws in the works to add laws like what Florida is doing.
very much legal to be strapped at your job lol
(depending on how commie the state is)
My concealed carry instructor who is a local prosecutor, said that with castle doctrine, he would not push to prosecute any store owner who shot in self-defense.
^ that's generally the case
obviously there's rules surrounding that like you can't shoot someone fleeing etc
DA will do their due diligence and investigate but for a shop I highly recommend having cameras on premises for evidence purposes
Stay strapped or get clapped
If i were to say, shoot a robber with a blunder buss, im fine right?
It's not technically a weapon
yeah
Tennessee has good defensive gun protections on the books and the area I'm in for college I feel pretty confident I'd get a fair trial if it came to that, particularly when about 2/3 of people in the city have a carry permit and I can count on a single hand the places posted. However, less so if after college I move back to Memphis because I can't find a job. Most of the city is posted and is not very gun friendly.
College towns tend to not be friendly
towards people and firearms
Definitely not this one, it's bigger then a college town but still only about 28,000 people but the students still make up 1/3 of the population. However the college is a big engineering school fed mainly by the rural areas that are very conservative. Even with the professors, the city went Trump by 80%>
@Phoenix 3-1 true sadly
Here in The Lone Star State, A&M is a lot more Gun friendly.
