The version of billiards in *Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics* will likely disappoint pool sharks, because as far as I can tell, you can only control where you aim and how hard you hit the cue ball. You can't control *where* you hit the cue ball to give it various kinds of spin, and the number one skill in billiards is learning how to not only sink the ball you want to sink, but how to control where the cue ball ends up so the next shot is as easy as possible. On the bright side, it has three ways to play: 9-ball, 8-ball, and a simplified game where the first player to sink 5 balls wins.
