It's been scientifically proven that kids can have sense of right and wrong and mortality by like age 3, before then the ultimate *tabula rasa*. You can't punish that which has no understanding, which has no agency to commit sin, so I won't say that a stillborn baby is gonna be damned, but by God I can't tell you what happens to it. After three, maybe even two, what science shows and even what I've seen is that a child can determine what is right and wrong, which is just a secular way of saying "sinless and sinful".
