You can't punish that which has no understanding, which has no agency to commit sin, so I won't say that a stillborn baby is gonna be damned, but by God I can't tell you what happens to it. After three, maybe even two, what science shows and even what I've seen is that a child can determine what is right and wrong, which is just a secular way of saying "sinless and sinful". If a kid, even though its very rare and unlikely with modern medicine, were to die young, they would be covered if they were sinless and baptized. Just like every other human .
