Its crazy to think that all of these religions use the serpent for their symbol yet Christians view serpents as deceit and lies.

Hey I have an question to ask all of you guys: What do you think of Reincarnation? How I think of it is... If somebody lets say lived in heaven for a long time.. But got bored of it. And wanted to came back as a person with their memories wiped out of thier past life. What would you think of that?

Would that be them though if they got rid of their memories?

A place of no more disease, pain, and sin. Always singing songs of praise, and being in the presence of my creator. That’s something I’m looking forward to that.

Jesus will cleanse earth with fire later on and remake it. Then all of us Christians will live on earth, free from sin.

On reincarnation, most of the religiouns that have this in their belief in the afterlife have it as a means to right past wrongs, or a type of penance for transgressions in a past life. That contradicts the Christian ethos of Christ dying for us *so* we would not have to "buy" our way, through good deeds, into heaven. That being said, I've humoured the idea on more than one occasion, despite not *truely* believing it to be true.

There were only ever a couple of counts of Resurrection in the Bible.

I mean total resurrection. Like, never dying again. After the second coming. Judgement day and all that? Jesus versus Lazarus-type resurrection

And I don’t mean to say life gets boring; it’s just a “my work is done here” sort of deal.
