Made my variation of an egg salad sandwich. I diced a hard boiled egg, some pickles, a little bit less than a fourth of an onion, added cheese, mayo, and some seasoning and toasted it with garlic butter. An easy, not bad lunch lol

So I have half a dozen egg whites, since I made Benedict this morning. And I don't know what to do with them
