I followed Binging with Babish's recipe
(with missing ingredients)
And that's my best approximation
Man this looks good. Any instructions for good seasoning mix for grilled chicken?
Umm
Black pepper and salt
I like spicy, so I add cayenne, because everything else just doesn't turn it spicy to me
And oregano because I like oregano
I'm no expert
Try it and if it's good tell me
😅
Made an oriental focaccia and hummus
I've been using kitchen pepper for a lot of my meats lately, especially beef and pork. I make it myself from several spices. My whole family loves it.
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
½ Tsp Ground Ceylon Cinnamon
2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ Tsp Grated Nutmeg
½ Tsp Ground Allspice
¼ Tsp Ground Cloves
2 Tsp Salt
Best part is you can mix and match to your taste.
It's an old spice combo from Revolutionary War Era America

Its good
Tastes a lot like chicken.
Nice
I've had whale before
Tastes a bit like beef
Super tender too
Hmm interesting
Agreed, gator tastes like chicken with a tangy punch to it.
The tang was probably the seasoning.
Gator has a very mild/bland taste
It looks very delicious, great job
I had gator as a kid. It was delicious, as I remember.
