> It's an Europeaor German thing 😅 back then during the war there was no access to coke, so they created their own soft drink xD Fanta? Maybe that name rings a bell
@Toilet Hugger Yes, we sell Fanta in the States. It is not too popular, but at CFA, we like to mix it with coke. We also like to mix Hi-C (fruit punch) with sprite.
ofc, we don't sell that combo. It's an employee thing.
> a food board (i dont know the official name) my sister made for our grandma's birthday
@Swizzle smörgasbord

Goat milk is good for soap making..
In my opinion.. it’s not good for much else.. 😬😅
goat milk yogurt is good! my mom used to make it when i was younger, because I had a cow milk allergy. Otherwise, ye, goatmilk kinda sucks.
I’ve never had goat milk *yogurt*.. I’ve never even heard of it 😂 Although, if in your opinion it is good, I may give it a shot..
its nice and creamy, if I remember correctly
although, tbf, i have not had any in over ten years
Oh, I see.. 😂
Yeah it was my first ever beef fillet Wellington (I wanted to try it, bucket list), picture was to big, had to compress it, came out perfect 👌

That looks really great for your first wellington :o @vexedart
Thank you, I’ll post the recipe if you guys want, I had to watch a video on how to roll the duxelles on, but the sear kept it from browning at all on the edges, I was surprised it came out like that too

Only thing I did different was the sides, and I used powdered mustard and a horseradish rub before rolling the duxelles
