Just small bits
I've never had that but it looks awesome! Every Christmas I always have my grandma's ginger cookies and pumpkin rolls, they are amazing

My Uncle caught a Northern Pike and we are cooking it up today.
Fresh fish is hard to keep together on a grill unless it is cut into steaks or the skin is still on one side.
So I will Blacken this which is a Cajun style of pan searing in a cast iron skillet.
You flip it one time and one time only to keep the seasoning on as a tasty crust.
This is enough to feed 4.
Looks Delicious
Ur in Alaska,right?
Served with Fried Rice and Dilly Bread. And yes that is an orange, also use lime if you want to give it an extra Zip.
Lemon is MEH ..IMHO
@Chair yes
Always wanted to go there
Enough to feed 4?? That's a snack for meπ
You need to either make one long trip or two trips to really experience it not just because of the size but because of the 2 seasons we only have summer and of course winter the other seasons you can literally blink and miss.

Here is a something I learned a while back maybe it will help.
BAKE YOUR BACON
Itβs about 30 minutes at 350 depending on how crispy you like it.
Doing a whole package at a time, itβs so much easier and less mess then frying it...just try not to eat the whole package you can refrigerate it afterwards.
thats a good idea. ill give it a try sometime. frying bacon is so good, but a pain in the ass and I already dont enjoy cooking. that seems super simple. comes out good?
Yes it comes out excellent @Wardog you just need to keep an eye on it the first time and remember how long you cooked it for and remove it from the cookie sheet so that it doesnβt continue to cook once itβs out of the oven and becomes over done because it will continue to cook in its own grease. I like done but chewy bacon... not crispy bacon personally.
It also makes it easier to save the bacon grease afterwards which I use on fresh game.
awesome, thanks for the tips π
Use a pot

Cooked up two different steaks, a Bison New York strip and a grass fed ribeye (non bison)
They tasted worlds apart
