i don't know any that ive tried. I'm just getting into animation now as well, but in the class im taking they provide access to adobe products

im not sure for animation* but i know procreate is good on iOS

@Crusader Sam OpenToonz. It has a little bit of a learning curve, but there’s no watermark and it’s completely free
