I have to many hobbies

I think there's art in model railroading. Especially when you realize that model railroading and building small steam engines from scratch is very much art and lost one at that.

That's what I want to capture more of. Videos and photos of the amazingness of steam engines.

Have you considered making mods/models for things like train simulator? That's some amazing detail and hard work.
