I only know of one case where I felt bad for a sex offender. The boy was 19 and the girl was 15. She lied about her age and looked the part of an 18-year-old. When it went to court the judge deemed it a crime and made his life a living hell. The family of that boy now seeks a retrial to clear his name, and the girls family including the girl wrote apology letters and all. That is the one instance in which I have heard of a convicted sex offender earning my sympathies and it goes to show that you cannot categorize an entire group of people into being one thing because you do not know of the small number of them that are in over their heads or are good people who tried to make things right. That is the only part of my sanity that holds me to thinking composed and rational. Without it, I wouldn’t think twice about a law stating you can kill all pedophiles.

friend of mine got locked up for 20yrs, out on 12yrs parole after 8yrs of good behavior, for only being in a relationship with a 17yrold when he was 19, they both lived upstate, both families of each knew each other well, the state legal age of consent was 16 at the time, but they didn't know the city's legal age of consent was 18 when they came to the city to get married

both families and the girl pleaded with the judge to drop the case, judge said no way

his son visits him from time to time

just never rely or depend on authorities to deal with family issues

corrupted system, corrupted ideals ...all to bring kids into an environment where 1 corrupted parent will sell them out for drugs to the nearest predator

i havent seen my nephew in almost a year

because my bro and his ex dont get along

kinda alienated us and force us to use the court system just to get access to see him

my brothers a bit hard to deal with, but still zero compromise.
