well back when he had working brain cells they most likely were 14

2020-10-06 02:38:46 UTC

That’s disgusting, even if it was legal the dude is 79

2020-10-06 02:39:10 UTC

There isn’t anything you can say to make that comment less weird

Heres the indictment papers for netflix

2020-10-06 23:44:43 UTC

So who is this actually going to affect? Netflix or like a producer or something?

2020-10-06 23:45:03 UTC

Like would Netflix just end up paying a fine or something?

2020-10-07 00:22:41 UTC

'did then and there'

2020-10-07 00:23:24 UTC

could make it illegal for ppl in texas to have netflix acc's

2020-10-07 06:31:50 UTC

looks like it'll target the higher managment

2020-10-07 06:39:19 UTC

yeah, bottom looks to be that the CEO and the Chief exec officer are listed as representatives of Netflix, if this goes to a court they'd have to answer for what's going on

2020-10-07 06:42:34 UTC

also PC 43.262 is worded perfectly for what's going on.

(d) It is not a defense to prosecution under this section that the depicted child consented to the creation of the visual material.

Given the Grand jury found that Cuties has no artistic value, they have no outs with that code. Not sure what would happen in terms of a punishment

2020-10-07 06:46:01 UTC

apparently there is precedence for an indictment across states and targeting a company. Using a 2000 indictment from CA against a TX company the Executives listed in the indictment will stand trial against the indictment

2020-10-07 06:48:19 UTC

And they'll most likely face heavy fines or jail time

2020-10-07 06:49:31 UTC

Well thought out and written @Tel Locus Appreciate it

2020-10-07 07:16:07 UTC

barely, I'm not a lawyer and all I can do is look at what's written down. I could be dead wrong for all I know

2020-10-07 07:27:30 UTC

Didnt say “right”. Said “well thought out and written” 😂

2020-10-07 07:27:47 UTC

Fair enough.

2020-10-07 20:35:33 UTC

lol why

2020-10-07 20:45:26 UTC

What a disgusting little fuck

2020-10-07 22:10:18 UTC

Maxwell is sure telling them a lot
