i wasn't active on social media until i came to canada. got my fb back in grade 6 but never touched it. only be on here, Insta and sometimes Tumblr
Summary: two girls OUTSIDE, And seem to be 6 feet apart, not wearing masks (boo freaking hoo) get spit on by crazy man saying they’re gonna die of Covid for not wearing masks lol
Grade 6, phew. The last time I thought seriously about joining social media was 5th grade...
superb logic

I heard about that
That has the potential to create massive confusion
But most likely a dueling president and president pretender
My youngest sister's teacher asks the students everyday if they have a president
And they're supposed to say yes
And every time she asks who is the president
They're supposed to say Trump
Otherwise the kids will think biden is president or they'll think they have no president at all
God bless that woman
The Teacher's Union probably thinks she is performing child abuse
Because how dare you keep children grounded to reality
^
I had her for 4th grade
I never really appreciated what a good teacher she was until now
After saying the pledge we'd always shout "bless our troops" as loud as possible
And she used to talk about president Reagan a lot and eventually started a presidential bobble head collection
I've never heard of kids doing that in a public school
Because they don't
Then again I live in a liberal metropolitan area
Me too
I don't think I'll ever find a teacher as good as she was
It's a shame I only had her one year for 4th grade and not when I was older
Perhaps its better that younger kids get such a sentiment planted
Kids are not to be used as props, but encouraging responsible citizen behavior is never wrong
Too often children are seen but not heard
True
One of my most prominent memories of her class was how to give a proper handshake
Firm grip, make eye contact, and smile
Aside from getting that I was not going to be heard
