By taking away all that seems right to you, a person would seek what is the right way from the one thing that seems to know what is right and wrong, and that is the entity that is telling them what they are wrong about, which is the government. If you were constantly told by your boss that everything you do is wrong, then the boss surely knows what is right, so you get to them for guidance.
