depends, i think. it's just you compiled a bunch of evidences and can use them when you need right away (especially if you continuously engage in similar topic with different people)

Yep, and extremely basic engagement technics. Everybody would prefer more effective use of less-than-lethal force. Cops who don't know better put themselves in riskier situations that usually result in lethal force being used more often (mainly a lot of female cops)

i kinda agree on the points that only ex-military should have gun rights in police forces ...so they'd know when and when not to use a gun

Every officed should have access to protection methods. Disarming cops get suspects even more aggressive

if i was a cop..and in that situation ...i'd use only a few bullets tops ...almost no center mass shots and the arm with the gun on the target will be useless...therefore 'disarmed' from being a threat
