This honestly shouldn't be that hard for anyone with above lukewarm iq and an open mind to grasp. The two sexes refer to sperm and egg if we are the most literal. Anything else, based on appearance or feelings, is gender expression.

Gender neutral is an expression of gender, a manner of dressing and expressing how oneself feels. Like goth or punk or prep. They admit its about expressing themselves even... but then pretend their manner of dress and expression is backed by science. Its not
