Reform to strengthen police, not weaken them

I think a lot of it is more so an individual level as suppose to the police

sure, but stregthen through reform, that demilitairzed humaises and brings down the unexcusable murders commited by the few bad apples

I mean there are videos of cops using too much force although idk how much the videos leave out

racial training, scriter punishment for misuse of force and breacking of doctorine, limit any gun, but say a revovler to a more specailized unit, also, great talk, gotta get some lunch

You always get Twitter clips of cops restraining someone, as if it's a bad thing. They also leave out the past half hour cops are waiting for them to stop screeching and answer their questions (or the cases where they babble and don't comply like George Floyd)

Honestly I mentioned this before but I think police will be more reluctant in fear of being taken teh wronf way by the media

When an ambulance is called, police come in first to protect the EMTs
They don't know what situation they're in
If we have social workers, those people are going to be more baggage for the cops to protect
I do agree we need reform in training bc rookies are often put in high crime areas but I don't think social workers are going to reason with a violent criminal

I actually think autism is the brain being way too masculine for its own good, because autism is way more likely to happen in males than in females and it generally stops the more feminine things, like empathy or social awareness, from properly developing.
