So here’s my analysis of the “post 6% COVID exclusive deaths” fiasco.

Disregarding all underlying conditions, which COVID certainly complicated (i.e.- adding those to the actual death count)

The CDC actually reported 2 other categories:
COVID + Flu deaths
COVID Excluding Flu

Those are the only two separations I made:
