I agree
Mask wearing is something where the guidance is to wear it, but it is not the place of the government, federal or corporate, to mandate that people comply with the guidance
Yep. Not only that, but they don't do much, considering most people with covid usually wear masks
and now we're onto whether it is correct for facebook and twitter censor info if it doesn't comply with the WHO
well.... that's a complicated discussion
yeah it's 2 sides
It should be taken seriously, but at the extent that some of these push it, it's too much
but everything in reality has a exact and best solution
most commonly met in the middle ground
> Mask wearing is something where the guidance is to wear it, but it is not the place of the government, federal or corporate, to mandate that people comply with the guidance
@The Guy Behind You And it is an actual felony to wear a mask, while carrying a firearm. Conceal carry is what I’m referring to..
Do you mean not to wear a mask?
well i was arguing that karens who cry because they can't get into walmart without a mask is too much
well yes
and doesn't impede any freedoms you just need to grow up imo
i think thats where many people have an issue. corporate governance is not subject to the same restrictions as federal governance
Well as long as it is a private business making those choices and not the government forcing those private businesses to do it, I'm okay with it, because if you're going on someone's property, you follow their rules
hmm idk
It's just the same as someone saying you have to be wearing a shirt or something inside
its a little extreme to cry about wearing a mask to a store for 15 minutes i agree, but i think most people have an issue with the broader idea
so if federal governance can't happen at all then what happens in schools
It should be.
Or it's up to the school districts.
i still think it should be decided nationally taking advice from the who
a standard
Federal government cannot enforce a mask mandate either way.
Well the WHO has been wrong and made some very biased choices in the last few months prompting less trust in them imo
Allocating resources to do so is a waste of time.
like have some level of protection and you can take it more of you wish
because if some schools decide to do nothing then it's like
well thats why theres a different issue for school. They are held to government standards, usually state government, unless they are private schools
shiii
Well in the end, everyone is going to get covid. Doesn't really matter how long you hold it off, it's just what sicknesses do
After the WHO has protected China and constantly backtracked on things we knew were true to begin with, I somehow don't think you should be trusting them.
eh i argued this point with the guy behind you
Well thats where politics have leeched in to the WHO
theres many non-biased people there
i said "Not enough evidence except the same organisation that was involved in the "eradication of smallpox, the near-eradication of polio, and the development of an Ebola vaccine" is now suddenly wrong"
It's not sudden.
And there's a little thing called a shift in power.
yes but what do you think is happening then?
