it never had direct access to police..it was handled by city contractors..

the city contractors decide if the emergency needs medical, fire or police, then contacts those depts

And thats why I dont file taxes anymore.

The only thing the IRS can do is take my property and put me in jail. Since I dont have any property worth taking, jail is what they will push for. Since I wont be working in jail, no taxes will be paid at all. And Ill get 3 hots and a cot free. Federal prisons allow inmates TVs, xboxes, etc. The IRS will give me a paid vacation from society. Im okay with that. I need some free health care.

violence tends to happen when you have a bunch of violent criminals all packed together.

Yup. Spent 8 days in county. Never was charged. It was pretty cool. Played cards and watched TV all day. Read alot of books. Everyone was pretty cool.

i know that our prisons and jails are better than some places though, ive watched some documentary's on "the most dangerous prisons"

there was this one prison, can't remember the country but basically prison didn't have enough money for guards so the prisons guarded themselves
