remember those 'stop the violence' movements in dem cities, cities were pushing legal gun owners to give up or turn in their weapons ...not the gangs
or trying to convince their kids to turn over their parents legal guns to the city
Speaking of legal gun owners
back in the 70's ...somebody called in a threat to a school..every home owner had weapon on hand to support to defend the school and the kids inside
and that was before the cops showed up
cops were called first
damn
that's pretty amazing
but the phone tree worked way faster thru the pta
growing up in the midwest I can believe that
this was both happening in cities and mid west as well
I had no clue
ppl defended their kids back then
also the kids were trained in weapon usage and safety ...i know i at least was
While in high school in my podunk town, people brought their rifles to school
I didn't learn until I was an adult c.c
i learned early as 9
learned rifle then
learned hand gun later
oddly enough on a video game at an arcade ..before my bro bought me up to learn to shoot 357 mag
in boot in the navy, they take u to an indoor range on base ...just to see if u can shoot a 45
i complained and said the gun was off
they put me down as marksman
dang
turned out the rounds were short on the powder
they do that on purpose incase they get a dumbfuck so others won't be badly injured
sorry what would happen if they had a dumbfuck? I'm a little confused 🙃
a dumb fuck will get all ghetto on anybody giving him any shit in boot..and try to shoot somebody
ooo
by shorting the rounds of powder, it doesn't have killing force...it just has almost pellet gun speed in force
ah thanks for explaining
some recruits will know the difference between shooting a blank and shooting a live round
but only a small few will notice a shorted round
i learned to shoot pistols well before i even got into jhs
and rifles long before that
ah ok! I see
I only learned to shoot in my 20s and only a handgun c.c
well when i got into jhs....i joined a science club the teacher ran
he taught us how to make interesting things
