Why is it that there isn't a mass condemnation of these riots by democratic politicians and the left?

2020-10-27 18:13:59 UTC

Why is it that the left push for defunding the police, claim that it doesn't really mean defund the police, then immediately proceed to defund the police?

2020-10-27 18:16:02 UTC

riots should be comdemned, protest not

2020-10-27 18:16:51 UTC

I don't see any condemnation even though Trump is constantly being pushed to go after white supremacists despite having done so dozens of times.

2020-10-27 18:17:40 UTC

Brian washing haven’t you seen when a black rioter trys to talk with a black officer a white bitch or bastard walks up and tells them to leave it’s hilarious

2020-10-27 18:17:50 UTC

2020-10-27 18:18:28 UTC

2020-10-27 18:18:50 UTC

2020-10-27 18:19:47 UTC

he was sued for breaking the 15th though

2020-10-27 18:20:22 UTC

@chaz I'm going to sue you for defamation. Does that mean you defamed me?

2020-10-27 18:21:45 UTC

Also, what portion of the 15th Amendment is the claim brought under?

2020-10-27 18:22:26 UTC

sorry 14th,

2020-10-27 18:22:35 UTC

😰

2020-10-27 18:22:54 UTC

he was sued because he harresed black tenants in his hotels in nyc

2020-10-27 18:23:10 UTC

Okay, so back to my first question. If I sue you on the basis of defamation, does it make it true?

2020-10-27 18:33:35 UTC

I do not know but i can do some research

2020-10-27 18:40:00 UTC

No. Just because someone is sued for something doesn't make it true. I could sue everybody I ever met with frivolous lawsuits and never have a single lawsuit make it to court because a lack of any legal basis or facts. There is a legal basis for what you are claiming, under the Fair Housing Act and the 14th Amendment, but this case never made it any where because there were no facts to back it up.

2020-10-27 18:49:16 UTC

true, but i though he had to pay, i read the article literaly years ago though

2020-10-27 18:54:33 UTC

https://www.npr.org/2016/09/29/495955920/donald-trump-plagued-by-decades-old-housing-discrimination-case

Nope. It was settled and the result was adding different language regarding the fair housing act in their ads, but as far as this article mentions, there was not payment.

2020-10-27 19:08:26 UTC

It happened in the 70s, though.

2020-10-27 19:09:16 UTC

Yeah.... even if it were true, it would've been a very different time in history.

2020-10-27 19:09:28 UTC

true but if you look at election people are bringin up thing biden did in the seventies

2020-10-27 19:09:51 UTC

And that's why I wouldn't make that argument lol. Because racism, no matter how long ago, is still racism.

2020-10-27 19:14:21 UTC

so both canditates are rascist, cool

2020-10-27 19:19:22 UTC

Except you can see that's clearly not the case right there.

2020-10-27 19:22:40 UTC

oh, but it is

2020-10-27 19:22:49 UTC

2020-10-27 19:26:32 UTC

Still waiting for real evidence.

2020-10-27 19:47:25 UTC

rather old, but epic video

2020-10-27 19:58:23 UTC

without more context i would condemn the police

2020-10-27 19:58:26 UTC

not over all just these ones

2020-10-27 20:53:05 UTC

They were standing in the middle of the street illegally and were disobeying orders to move to the sidewalk so that traffic could pass through.

2020-10-27 21:03:56 UTC

uh, the street is public space, so doesn't that mean they have the right to protest?

2020-10-27 21:04:03 UTC

correct me please

2020-10-27 21:04:08 UTC

if i am wrong

2020-10-27 21:04:22 UTC
