i thought we could buy apartments (fixer uppers preferred ) and comercial real estate like gas stations, malls and stuff like that

because democratic/investor-voting system is fine but it's gonna be a bit complicated if your vision doesn't match the investor's

i like to be the one in control, but different business, different needs. you'll have to be the one to decided

I guess it depends whether we buy the business as a whole ore just part of it

probably giving the old owners/ new managers a percentage of the profits

people may not like it, especially the owners
