you can invest and buy up real estate/businesses, but you aren't accounting for how specifically are you making profits

are you fixing up real estate/properties? or flipping them?

are the small businesses willing to be sold to you? etc

i thought we could buy apartments (fixer uppers preferred ) and comercial real estate like gas stations, malls and stuff like that

and I'm hoping that small businesses would prefer to be bought by us rather than going bankrupt (covid / eternal lockdowns)
